The latest TrYtzschler waste recycling system has been installed for the first time in Thailand, for cost-effective utilization of material.
The plant and all machinery are highly advanced and automated, with contamination detectors in the blow room, Uster FF electronic clearers and Mesdan s.p.a. splicers in the auto cone winders & TFO.
The spin plan and machinery configuration have been carefully chosen to achieve high flexibility in the product mix, allowing a minimal response-time to rapidly changing market situations.

Sample yarns from each batch are knitted, dyed and inspected in the in-house lab to simulate user-trials.
