Complete & state-of-the-art lab equipment enables instantaneous lab appraisals from fiber to fabric. Since it's a new factory, the company has been able to design proper layout under one roof. To avoid contamination problems, 90 % of Lucky cotton is imported from the US - Upland cotton. The manufacturing plant was designed to achieve economies of scale with optimum utilization of space, while conforming to all relevant government regulations. The establishment of an eco-friendly environment has resulted in beautifully landscaped, natural surroundings throughout the site. The entire management team, with many years of experience in international textile manufacturing and marketing, is fully committed to implementing a global strategy. Thus an export capacity of 50% has been set for the first year of operation and this is expected to increase to 80% within 3 years.
