ISO 14001 is an international standard that specifies a process for controlling and improving a company’s environmental performance. This innovative and forward-thinking approach could better management of environmental risks, now and in the future. As part of its ongoing measures to protect and preserve the environment, MCC controls and monitors the treatment of wastewater; atmospheric emissions and industrial waste in compliance with, and surpassing, the standards required by law before being returned to the environment.

MCC believes its existing environment-friendly measures are sufficient to bring benefits such as quality of life, health and safety for employees and communities in the vicinity.

MCC is the first Thai coil center to be accredited to ISO 9001: 2000, and then to ISO 14001: 1996.
