U.T.T. Engineering Co., Ltd. uses advanced Japanese vacuum heat treatment and CVD coating technology to produce a range of special high-quality steels for supply to Thai industry. Quality control methods and techniques for adjustment and formation are identical to those used by Umetoku Co., Ltd., the parent company in Japan.

Strict quality control measures are applied from the beginning of the process to the very end, so that precision in production and good timing can be ensured. This includes checks for welding marks on the steel, checks for design defects and verification of solidity, and a final quality guarantee before distribution of the products. The factory successfully achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification from JQA Quality Management for heat treatment of steel and moulds in June 2003.
